3. Products – Professionally Sealed Surprise Products

Lucky Card Co produces Professionally Sealed Surprise Products (PSSP), sometimes referred to as repacks.

By purchasing a Lucky Card Co product, you acknowledge:

  • All Lucky Card Co products are surprise products; contents vary.

  • Products are sealed prior to sale and are not tampered with after sealing.

  • Each Series has a finalised checklist published publicly.

  • We do not guarantee card value, resale value, “hits,” or buyer expectations.

  • Any stated MSRP relates only to new retail products not the contents inside.

Lucky Card Co reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue Series, or release new Series at any time.

4. Finalisation of Series

Each PSSP Series is created from a fixed, finalised collection.
Once sealed, no items will be added, removed, or swapped.
Checklist pages include:

  • Series name

  • Finalisation date

  • Quantity of boxes

  • Itemised contents

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.

Lucky Card Co may change pricing at any time.

6. Shipping

Shipping times vary and are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Lucky Card Co is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.

7. Refunds & Returns

Lucky Card Co does not accept returns for:

  • Opened repacks

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s personal expectations of value

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Lucky Card Co is not liable for loss arising from product value, resale expectations, or outcomes of surprise products

  • Lucky Card Co is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
