Refund policy

Lucky Card Co strives to ensure customer satisfaction; however, due to the nature of Professionally Sealed Surprise Products, we operate under specific refund conditions.


1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s expectation of outcome/value

  • Repacks where content was not personally favourable


2. Incorrect or Missing Items

If the incorrect product was sent, we will replace or refund the item.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)


3. Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged (outer packaging), please contact us.
If a sealed repack appears tampered with, notify us immediately.


4. Professionally Sealed Surprise Product Policy

Lucky Card Co repacks are sealed prior to sale and cannot be returned for dissatisfaction with results.


5. Consumer Law

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
